Almond Coconut Bars

1 Cup Flour
1 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1/4 teas. Salt
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 teas. Watkins Almond Extract
1 Cup Shredded Coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with Watkins Cooking Spray. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Melt butter in large saucepan. Stir in brown sugar. Lightly beat in egg and almond extract. Mix coconut with dry ingredients and gradually add to butter-sugar mixture. (batter will be stiff). Spread in pan. Bake 35 minutes or until brown. Cool 10 minuates in pan; remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Cut into 24 bars.
