Applesauce Pecan Crumb Cake

1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1/2 teas. Baking Soda
1/2 teas. Salt
1/4 teas. Watkins Nutmeg
1/4 teas. Watkins Apple Bake Seasoning
1/2 Cup Low-Fat Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1 Tbsp. Butter or Stick Margarine - melted
1 Large Egg
1 Large Egg White
Watkins Cooking Spray
1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 teas. Butter or Stick Margarine - melted
1/2 teas. Watkins Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients (flour through apple bake) in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine buttermilk, applesauce, 1 tablespoon butter, egg, and egg white in a bowl; add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist. Spoon batter into a 9-inch round cake pan coated with cooking spray. Combine pecans and remaining ingredients in small bowl; stir with a fork until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle evenly over top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted it center comes out clean. Yield: 8 servings.
