Beth’s Apple Crisp

4 Cups / 1 liter Tart Cooking Apples
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Sugar
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Cinnamon
Watkins Apple Bake Seasoning
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Caramel Extract
3/4 Cup / 125 mL Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup / 60 mL All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Butter, melted
Watkins Cooking Spray

Place apples into an oiled (you can use Watkins Cooking Spray) 9 × 9-inch / 23 × 23-cm pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle lightly with Apple Bake Seasoning. Mix caramel extract, brown sugar, flour and butter together; mix until crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake at 375ºF / 190ºC for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
