Bahama Cake

Yellow Cake Mix
1/3 Cup Coconut
1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple, drained - reserve juice for use in water in cake mix

Mix cake according to directions on package adding coconut and pineapple.  Bake and cool.

Frosting:
Cream 8 Oz. Cream Cheese till smooth then add 3 Tbsp. Watkins Tropical Fruit Dip, 2 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar, 1/2 Cup Margarine, 2 Tbsp. Watkins Coconut Extract, 1 Tbsp. Watkins Rum Extract and Milk if needed to thin.
