1 Tbsp. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1/2 teas. Watkins Gralic Flakes
1/4 teas. Watkins Liquid Garlic
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Watkins Chili Powder
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Cumin
1/2 teas. Salt
1/8 to 1/4 teas. Watkins Cayenne Pepper
(optional)
1 2 1/2 Lbs. Chicken, quartered & skinned
Heat Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil in saucepan. Add onion and cook over medium heat until softened, about 3 minutes. Add liquid garlic and garlic flakes and cook one minute longer. Add ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, salt and cayenne. Simmer BBQ sauce, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Arrange chicken in a baking dish just large enough to hold pieces in a single layer. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken and bake uncovered about 45 minutes at 350F, until chicken is tender.
