Beef and Bean Picadillo

1 1/4 Lbs. Lean Boneless Top Round Steak (1/2 inch thick)
Watkins Cooking Spray
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp. Seeded, Chopped Jalapeno Pepper
1/4 teas. Watkins Liquid Garlic Spice
3 Cups Water
1 (14 1/2 Oz.) Can No Salt Added Whole Tomatoes, undrained and chopped
2 Tbsp. Dry Red Wine
1 teas. Watkins Beef Soup Base
1/2 teas. Watkins Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
1/2 teas. Watkins Ground Cloves
1/4 teas. Watkins Allspice
1 (16 Oz.) Can Black Beans, drained
1 Cup Peeled, Chopped Apple
3 Tbsp. Raisins

Trim fat from steak; cut steak into 1 inch pieces. Coat a dutch oven with cooking spray; place over meidum high heat until hot. Add steak; cook until browned on all sides, stirring often. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Wipe drippings from pan with a paper towel. Coat pan with Watkins cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot. Add onion, jalapeno pepper, and liquid garlic; saute until onion is tender. Add steak, water, and next 7 ingredients, stirring well. Bring mixture to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour and 40 minutes. Add beans, apple, and raisins. Cover and simmer an additional 10 minutes or until steak and apple are tender. Makes 5 (1 cup) servings.
