1 Cup Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Citric Acid
20 Drops of any Watkins Essential Oil
10 Drops Food Coloring
Mix together the first 3 ingredients. Take out 1/2 a cup. Add fragrance and food coloring to the 1/2 cup. Add the blended mix to the large bowl a little at a time, until you are pleased with the fragrance and color. Remove approximately 1/3 cup of the blended, colored salt into a small bowl. Spritz these lightly with a fine mist of water. Do not over mist! With your hand, so you can judge the dampness, mix the salt well. The salts need to be just damp enough to hold together. If necessary, mist again and mix. Pack the damp salts into the mold, press down hard to pack the salts in. Add more if necessary. Carefully slide molded salt form onto wax paper covered board or cookie sheet. Let dry overnight. You can also shape balls by hand instead of packing molds.
