Need 10 pack of biscuits, 1 lb. ground beef, ½ cup prepared Watkins BBQ Sauce Concentrate and Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Brown and drain ground beef. Mix with prepared Watkins BBQ Sauce Concentrate. Spray cupcake pan with Watkins Cooking Spray. Line cupcake pans with biscuits. Make cup in each biscuit and fill with ground beef mixture (1 healthy tsp.). Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. This is a real 'hit' at Watkins Parties!
