Barbecued Pork Rice Bake

1 -1/4 Cup Uncooked Watkins Brown & Wild Rice Blend
2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
1/2 teas. Salt
1 Cup Chopped Celery
2 Cups Prepared Watkins Original BBQ Sauce
2 Cups Water with 2 teas. Watkins Beef Soup Base
6-8 Pork Chops, Boneless

Heat oven to 375° F. In an ungreased 9 x 13 pan combine rice, onion, salt, celery, and mix well. In skillet brown pork chops on both sides and then arrange on top of rice mixture. Pour barbecue sauce over chops. Pour water over this. Cover and
bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes, or until pork chops are tender and rice is cooked.

Note: You can add a little more onion or a little chopped green pepper to the rice.
