1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine,
softened
1 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 teas. Watkins Vanilla Extract
1 teas. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1/4 teas. Salt
1 Cup Toasted Watkins Sesame Seeds
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease them. In medium bowl, beat butter and brown sugar using hand mixer or wooden spoon until creamy. Stir in egg, vanilla and lemon juice. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Stir in sesame seeds. Drop by rounded teaspoons on to cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated 325F oven 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Transfer cookies to wire racks. Cool. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
