Basic Gelatin Dessert

1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Cold Water
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Sugar*
1-3/4 Cups / 440 mL Boiling Water
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Watkins Beverage Concentrate (any flavor)

In large bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let soften about 5 Minutes. Add sugar and boiling water; stir until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Add Beverage Concentrate and mix well. Pour into dessert dishes and chill until firm. Makes 4 servings.

*Note from Kitchen: You can substitute sugar substitutes equivalent to 1/2 cup/125 mL sugar. Read package directions for best time to add.
