Beef Kabobs

2 pounds / 908 g Round Steak
1-1/2 teas. / 7.5 mL Watkins Dry Mustard
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Ginger
6 Tbsp. / 90 mL Watkins Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. / 45 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
3 Tbsp. / 45 mL Lemon Juice
16 Cherry Tomatoes
16 Wedges of Green Pepper
16 Whole Fresh Mushrooms

Trim any fat from meat and cut into 1-1/2-inch / 4-cm chunks. Combine dry mustard and next four ingredients; mix well. (A zip-top plastic bag works great for this.) Add meat and mix well. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for at least 4 hours. Thread marinated meat, tomatoes, green pepper and mushrooms alternately onto wooden or metal skewers. Brush with marinade and grill or broil 4 inches / 10 cm from heat source. Grill 5 minutes on first side. Turn, brush with marinade and grill or broil until meat is done. Makes 8 servings.

Note from Kitchen: This recipe is also great with skinless, boneless chicken breast.
