Baked Mackeral

1 Lb. Fresh Mackeral Fillets
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 teas. Watkins Rosemary
1/2 teas. Watkins Thyme
Watkins Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Place fish in a single layer, skin side down, in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle lemon juice over fish; sprinkle with herbs and fresh pepper. Cover dish with foil and refrigerate for and hour or more. About 30 minutes before you plan to start cooking, set the dish on the counter to warm to room temperature. Preheat oven to 400*F. Bake for 20 minutes.
