Baked Onion Chicken

2 Tbsp. Watkins Onion Soup Base
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Chicken Soup Base
2/3 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
Watkins Onion & Garlic Pepper
1 Egg or 2 Egg Whites
2 Tbsp. Water
1 1/2 Pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Watkins Cooking Spray

Wash chicken and remove any excess fat or cartilage. Pat dry. Combine soup mixes, bread crumbs and pepper in a dish. In another dish, beat together egg and water. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture. Prepare baking sheet with Watkins cooking spray. Place chicken on baking sheet so pieces do not touch one another. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until juices are clear.
