Cabbage Salad

4 Cups / 1 Liter Finely Shredded Cabbage
1/3 Cup / 80 mL Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Chopped Green Pepper
3 Tbsp. / 45 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Chopped Pimento
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Sugar, more if desired
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Watkins Coleslaw Seasoning
To taste, Watkins Black Pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours. Drain salad before serving. Makes 6 servings.
