Capellini in White Sauce

1 Cup / 250 mL Watkins Cream Soup Base
1/2 Cup / 125 mL All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups / 500 mL Skim Milk
3 Cups / 750 mL Water
1/4 to 1/2 teas. / 1.2 to 2.5 mL Watkins Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Watkins Parsley
1/4 teas. / 1.2 ml, more if desired Watkins Liquid Garlic Spice
1 pound / 454 g Capellini (Angel Hair) Pasta, cooked per package directions
Coarsely Grated Parmesan Cheese

Combine Cream Soup Base and flour in medium saucepan; stir in milk and next four ingredients. Bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly. Drain cooked pasta, and toss with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 8 servings.
