Caribbean Pork Chops

6 Boneless Pork Loin Chops (4 Oz. Each)
2/3 Cup Water
4 teas. Watkins Chicken Soup Base
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 teas. Watkins Lime Extract
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
3/4 teas. Watkins Rum Extract
1/2 teas. Watkins Garlic Powder Granules
1/2 teas. Watkins Ginger
1/4 teas. Watkins Allspice
1/4 teas. Watkins Nutmeg
1/8 teas. Watkins Cayenne Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a plastic storage bag. Seal bag and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops, reserving marinade. Grill or broil pork chops 20 to 30 minutes or until done, turning once to brown all sides. Bring marinade to a boil and let boil until mixture begins to thicken slightly . Baste chops occasionally with marinade. Serve any remaining marinade with pork chops. Makes 6 servings.
