Cherry Blueberry Cobbler

2 Cups / 500 mL Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries
2 Cups / 500 mL Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Heat-Resistant Sugar Substitute
2-1/2 Tbsp. / 40 mL Watkins Vanilla Dessert Mix
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Orange Juice
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Ginger
1-1/2 Cups / 375 mL Reduced-Fat All-Purpose Baking Mix
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Skim Milk
1/2 teas, / 2.5 mL Watkins Cinnamon

In 1-1/2 quart/liter glass baking dish, combine cherries, blueberries, sugar substitute, Vanilla Dessert Mix, orange juice and ginger; mix well. Microwave, uncovered, (HIGH) for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture begins to boil and thicken, stirring once or twice. Remove from microwave and preheat oven to 350ºF / 180ºC. Combine baking mix, skim milk, and cinnamon and mix just until a soft dough forms. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot fruit mixture. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until dumplings are golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
