Cheesy Tuna Linguine

Watkins Cooking Spray
1/3 Pound Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 Cup Low-Fat Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. Water
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Onion & Garlic Pepper
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Parsley
8 Oz. Linguine, cooked without salt or fat
1 Can (6 1/2 Oz.) Chunk White Tuna in spring water, drained
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms and saute 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. Turn off heat. Add sour cream, water, onion and garlic pepper and parsley to skillet. Stir until smooth. Toss with cooked pasta. Stir in tuna, cooked mushrooms and cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
