Chocolate Cappuccino Brownies

1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Instant Coffee Powder
3 Eggs
1 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla
1/2 teas. Salt
1 1/4 Cup Flour
6 Tbsp. Watkins Baking Cocoa
1/2 Cup Brewed Watkins Coffee, cooled
1 Cup Walnuts, chopped
1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Melt the butter and add the brown sugar and coffee powder; blend well. Add the eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt and stir. Combine with flour, cocoa powder and coffee. Add nuts and chips. Pour batter into a 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into squares. Makes 18 - 24.
