Back 1 (0.4 Oz.) Package Original
Ranch Style Dressing Mix
2 (8 Oz.) Packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 (5 Oz.) Can Chunk Chicken, drained
1/3 Cup Chopped Celery
2 Tbsp. Watkins Parsley
1 teas. Watkins Chicken Soup Base
1 Cup Pecans, chopped and toasted
Beat the cream cheese and salad dressing mix together with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Fold in the chicken, celery, parsley and chicken base. Shape into a ball and roll in the pecans. Chill for 2 hours and serve with crackers. Optional: Substitute canned shrimp, crabmeat, or tuna for the chicken. For added flavor, stir in chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, chopped sun dried tomatoes, etc.
