Chili Soup

1 1/2 Lb. Lean Hamburger
1 Cup Chopped Onion or 1 teas. Watkins Onion Powder
1 teas. Watkins Garlic Powder Granules
2 Cups Watkins Beef Soup Base (broth)
2 Cans Tomato Soup (10 3/4 Oz. each)
1 1/2 Cups Water
2 Cans Kidney Beans, undrained (15 1/2 Oz. Each)
3 Cups Cooked Elbow Macaroni (1 1/3 Cups uncooked)
2 Tbsp. Watkins Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. Vinegar

Brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Can be made ahead of time and reheated in crockpot.
