Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

12 Oz. Bag of Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teas. Watkins Raspberry Extract or other flavored Watkins extract

Melt chocolate in a double boiler.  Add the condensed milk and Raspberry Extract.  Stir.  Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.  Use melon baller to scoop out balls and roll between your hands to make round.  Roll in powdered sugar or other toppings.  Place on waxed papered covered tray.  Freeze for 1 hour.  Best when cold.
