1 Box Rotini Noodles, cook
according to directions on box
3 Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces, and cook
in Watkins Spicy Garlic or Watkins
Hot Honey soy sauce, until chicken is done and has absorbed soy
sauce. Chicken will look dark.
1 1/2 Cups Raw Carrots, sliced
1 Cup Fresh Broccoli, chopped
1 Large or 2 Small Cucumbers, diced
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
Fat Free Italian Dressing
Place all of the raw vegetables (except tomatoes) in a large bowl. Pour hot noodles over vegetables. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes (just enough to soften the veggies a little). Add chicken and stir until well mixed. Add Italian dressing to taste. Top with tomatoes.
