Chicken Veggie Stew

This warm, flavorful dish is perfect for chilly winter days. The whole family will love it--and they'll never miss the fat. Serves four.

3/4 Lb. Boneless, Skinnless Chicken Breast, cubed
1-1/4 Cups Watkins Chicken Broth
1/2 teas. Watkins Italian Seasoning
1 teas. Watkins Paprika
1/8 teas. Watkins Liquid Garlic Spice
4 Carrots, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1 Medium Onion, cut in wedges
4 Stalks Celery, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
4 Small Potatoes, cut in 1-inch pieces
1-1/2 teas. lemon juice

Place chicken, 3/4 cup broth, seasonings, and liquid garlic in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer ten minutes. Add vegetables and remaining broth. Cover; cook over low heat 45 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add lemon juice.
