Cinnamon Flop

1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. Melted Butter
1 Cup Milk

Flour, Brown Sugar, Watkins Cinnamon, and Butter for topping.

Mix sugar, flour and baking powder. Add butter and milk, stir until well blended. Divide mixture between 2 greased pans (cake pans or 8 x 8 pans) Mix together some flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle tops with mixture, then push chunks of butter (about 1/2 cube per pan) into the dough. This makes holes and gets gooey as it bakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
