Cinnamon Rolls

3 Cups Flour
3 1/2 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1/4 teas. Salt
1/2 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Milk
2 Beaten Eggs
1/2 Cup Melted Margarine

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix milk, eggs, cooled margarine; add to dry ingredients. Roll 1/2 inch thick rectangle.

1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Watkins Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Melted Margarine

Spread melted margarine over dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll as for jelly roll; seal edge; cut 3/4 inch slices. Place slices in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) 25-30 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar icing.

Powdered Sugar Icing:
1-1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar--sift
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla
Milk--enough so that icing can be dribbled over hot rolls
