16 oz. Skinned and Boned
Uncooked Chicken Breasts, cut into 4 pices
1 16 oz. Can Chopped Tomatoes, undrained
1/2 Cup Reduced-Sodium Tomato Juice
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Italian Seasoning
1/2 teas. Watkins Garlic Granules
2 teas. Watkins Parsley Flakes
1 Tbsp. Pourable Sugar Twin
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Onion
1 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
In a large skillet sprayed with Watkins Cooking Spray, brown chicken pieces for 3 minutes on each side. In a large bowl, combine undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, Italian Seasoning, Parsley, and Sugar Twin. Stir in onion and green pepper. Spoon vegetable mixture evenly over chicken pieces. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. When serving, place 1 piece of chicken on a place and spoon 3/4 cup vegetable mixture over top. Makes 4 servings.
