Place 1 cup rolled oats in shallow pan; toast in moderate oven (375 degrees) for about 7 minutes. Mix well with ½ cup flaked coconut, 1/3 cup softened butter and ¼ cup brown sugar. Press into 9 inch pie dish & fill with Watkins Coconut Pie Mix. Top with meringue.
