Cornish Hens

½ teas. Watkins Fajita Seasoning
½ teas. Watkins Grill Seasoning
½ teas. Watkins Cilantro
½ teas. Watkins Cajun Pepper
½ teas. Salt
¼ teas. Watkins Cumin
1 Tbsp. Watkins Garlic and Parsley Grapeseed Oil (use more if necessary)

Mix all of the spices together in a bowl as you are measuring them. Wash hens and dry with paper towel. Rub Watkins Garlic and Parsley Oil on both hens. Rub the spice mixture all over the hens. Make sure to put spices in the cavity and under the skin. Place in a large plastic bag and let them marinate for several hours. Take out of bag and put on rotisserie and cook for at least 2 hours. These can also be wrapped in foil and placed in the oven as well. Taste great served these with a tossed salad and grilled potatoes and onions.
