Back Beat one egg white and 1 tablespoon water and beat until frothy. Mix with 1 Lb. of pecan halves until well coated. Then mix 1 cup sugar, 1 teas. Watkins Cinnamon, and 1/2 teas. salt. Pour over pecans and stir well. Put on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees, turning every fifteen minutes; cool.
