Chicken Provencal

2 teas. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
2 Tbsp. Seasoned Flour Mixture*
1 teas. Watkins Onion Soup Base
6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
3 Tbsp. Watkins Mushroom Soup Base
1 3/4 Cups Water

Coat chicken with flour mixture; brown in oil. Mix a little water into soup bases until blended, add remainder. Pour over hot chicken in frying pay and cook over low heat for approximately 30 minutes until chicken is cooked. Serve with Watkins Harvest Treasures Rice Blend.

*Seasoned Flour Mixture:

Mix together and store in a small jar (save unused portion for future use):
1/4 Cup Flour
3 teas. Watkins Provencal Herb Rub
1 teas. Salt
1/2 teas. Watkins Paprika
1/4 teas Watkins Black Pepper
