Layer the ingredients in a one-pint mason jar, adding a little rice at the top if necessary to fill completely.
1 Cup Watkins
Brown & Wild Rice Blend
1/2 Cup Watkins Cream Soup Base
2 Tbsp. Watkins Chicken Soup Base
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp. Watkins Onion Soup Base
2 Tbsp. Watkins Mushroom Soup Base
Sprinkle some extra rice at the top if needed to fill jar.
To prepare: In a 9 X 13 inch baking dish, combine jar ingredients with 1 1/2 Cups Low Fat (1%) Milk and 1 1/2 Cups Water. Stir until blended. Place 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves on top of rice mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until rice is done. (Add 15 minutes if chicken is frozen.)
