Chicken & Rice Casserole

1 Cup / 250 mL Uncooked White Rice
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Watkins Cream Soup Base
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Watkins Mushroom Soup Base
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Watkins Chicken Soup Base
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Watkins Onion Soup Base
1/4 Cup / 60 All Purpose Flour
1-1/2 Cups / 375 mL 1% Low-Fat Milk
1-1/2 Cups / 375 mL Water
8 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves

Note from Kitchen: To add a little color to chicken, before cooking sprinkle with Watkins Paprika

In 9 × 13-inch / 23 × 33-cm baking dish, combine all ingredients except chicken. Stir until well blended. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350ºF / 180ºC for 60 minutes or until rice is done (add 15 minutes if chicken is frozen). Makes 8 servings.
