3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 ½ Cups Sour Cream
¾ Cup Butter or Margarine
2 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
2 teas. Watkins Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 ½ teas. Watkins Baking Powder
¾ teas. Baking Soda
¼ teas. Salt, if desired
½ teas. Watkins Vanilla Nut Extract
3 Eggs
1 Cup Powdered sugar
½ teas. Watkins Vanilla Extract
4 to 5 teas. Water
In mixer bowl blend all cake ingredients at low speed, just until mixed, scraping bowl frequently with rubber scraper. Then mix at high speed for 2 minutes. Spray 12 cup bundt pan with Watkins Cooking Spray; turn batter into pan. Bake at 350* F for 50 to 60 minutes or until tests done. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto rack to cool. Combine all glaze ingredients adding just enough water to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle glaze over cooled cake. Makes 12 servings.
