Easter Eggs

1 Stick of Butter (no substitutes)
1 Lb. Box of Confectioners Sugar
2 teas. of Watkins Double Strength Vanilla Extract

Soften butter, then add rest of ingredients. Mix with your hands until it holds together. Shape into egg shape (small). Refrigerate for 24 hours then dip into melted chocolate candy coating.

Variations: use Watkins Cherry Extract instead of vanilla and add chopped up marashino cherries (well drained and dried). 6 oz jar or use Watkins Butter Pecan Extract with chopped toasted pecan. Use your imagination and substitute any flavor Watkins Extract for the Vanilla.
