Fettuccine alla Carbonara

1/4 Cup / 60 ml Egg Substitute, thawed if frozen
2 Tbsp. / 30 ml Skim Milk
4 oz. / 113 g Dry Fettuccine
2 teas. / 10 ml Butter or Margarine
1/4 Cup / 60 ml Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. / 15 ml Crumbled Crisp Bacon Bits
1 teas. / 5 ml Watkins Parsley
To taste Watkins Black Pepper

Combine egg substitute and skim milk; set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and return to cooking kettle. Add egg/milk mixture and place over low heat. Cook until sauce begins to thicken on noodles. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
