1 lb Burger
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Green Chili, chopped
1/4 teas. Watkins Lemon or Lime Extract
1 Tbsp. Watkins Fajita Seasoning
3 Dashes Watkins Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce
1 teas. Watkins Cumin
1/4 Cup Watkins Citrus & Cilantro Grapeseed
Oil
6 Large Flour Tortillas
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Watkins JR's Thick and Chunky Salsa to taste
Brown Burger in skillet then add Watkins Fajita Seasoning, Watkins Lime or Lemon Extract and 1/4 cup water. Simmer till thick. In second skillet or stir fry pan heat Grapeseed Oil then add peppers, onion and Cumin and cook till tender. Warm tortillas and fill each with equal amounts of burger mixture, pepper/onion mixture, cheddar and salsa. Wrap tortilla leaving an end open.
