Fettuccine Alfredo

1 Tbsp. Watkins Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. No Fat Cream Cheese
2 teas. Watkins Parsley
4 Cups Hot Cooked Fettuccine Noodles
1/4 teas. Watkins Liquid Garlic
1 1/3 Cup Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Light Parmesan Cheese
Watkins Black Pepper

In skillet, put liquid garlic and some Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil. Stir in flour and gradually add milk until blended. Cook 8 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Stir in cream cheese and cook 2 minutes. Add Parmesan Cheese, stirring constantly until blended. Pour sauce over hot fettuccine and toss well to coat. Top with extra Parmesan if desired, parsley and pepper. Makes 4 one cup servings. You can also add cooked shrimp or clams to make an extra special dish.
