1 Can (16 oz. / 454 g) Pinto
Beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 Cup / 80 mL Tomato Juice
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Watkins Onion Flakes
1 Tbsp. / 15 ml, more for spicier beans, Watkins
Inferno Sauce
1/4 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Garlic Granules
Combine all ingredients in a medium skillet; simmer for 7 to 10 minutes or until beans begin to break up. Mash with a fork or use a food processor and process until smooth. Additional tomato juice can be added to desired consistency; reheat if necessary. Makes 4 servings.
