Fresh Fruit Salad with Creamy Lime Dressing

1 Cup / 250 mL Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Lime Extract
1/8 teas. / 0.6 mL (more if desired) Watkins Nutmeg
1 Can (15 oz. / 425 mL) Pineapple Chunks, well-drained
1 Cup / 250 mL Red Grapes, halved
2 Bananas, peeled and sliced
2 Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Sugar, or to taste

In small bowl, combine yogurt, lime extract and nutmeg; set aside. In large bowl, combine pineapple, grapes, bananas and kiwifruit; toss with sugar. Spoon fruit into individual serving dishes or large serving bowl. Top with lime dressing. Makes 6 servings.
