1 1/2 Cups / 375 mL Rolled Oats
1 Cup / 250 mL All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Heat-Resistant Brown Sugar Substitute
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Apple Bake Seasoning
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Baking Soda
1/4 teas. / 1.2 mL Salt (optional)
1 Cup / 250 mL Orange Juice
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 Egg or 2 Egg Whites, slightly beaten
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Vanilla Extract
1 Package (6 oz. / 170 g) Diced Dried Mixed Fruit
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Rolled Oats

Preheat oven to 375ºF / 190ºC. Spray a 13 x 9-inch / 33 x 23-cm baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Combine 1-1/2 cups / 375 mL oats, flour, brown sugar substitute, Apple Bake Seasoning, soda, and salt; mix well. In another bowl, combine orange juice, oil, egg, and vanilla; mix well. Add to flour mixture; mix well. Stir in fruit. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining rolled oats. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until lightly browned and edges pull away from sides on pan. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered. Makes 20 bars, 1 per serving.
