Fried Rice Cakes

2 Beaten Eggs
2 Cups Cold Cooked Rice
4 Slices Bacon, crisply cooked, drained & crumbled (vegetarians can use the fake bacon)
1/3 Cup Finely Chopped Green Pepper
1/4 Cup Watkins Pasta Toppers (your choice of flavor)
2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Onions
1/8 teas. Watkins Pepper or to taste
2 Tbsp. Watkins Grapeseed Oil (again your choice of flavor)

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil. Cover & chill at least 1 hour. Using 1/3 cup rice mixture for each, shape into patties about 3 1/2 Inches in diameter. In a large skillet cook them in the hot oil over medium heat about 5 minutes per side or till they are set and golden. Makes 6 patties
