Fruit Compote

2 Cups / 500 ml Fresh Strawberries, stemmed and sliced
2 Medium Bananas, peeled and sliced
2 Fresh Apples or Pears, cored and diced
1 Small Orange, peeled and diced
1/2 Cup / 250 ml fresh or frozen Blueberries
1/2 teas./ 2.5 ml Watkins Cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 teas. / 1.2 to 2.5 ml Watkins Rum Extract

Combine all ingredients. Divide into 6 parfait glasses or individual serving dishes; chill.
