3 Tbsp. / 45 mL White Wine
Vinegar
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Brown Sugar
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Raspberry Extract
1-1/2 Cups / 375 mL Coarsely Chopped Honeydew Melon
1 Can (8 oz. / 227g) Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 Cup / 250 mL Chopped, Peeled Papaya
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Chopped Green Onion
1-1/2 teas. / 7.5 mL, more if desired of Watkins
Cilantro
Combine vinegar, sugar, and Raspberry Extract in a small bowl; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix gently. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Salsa can be stored in refrigerator up to 1 week. Makes 3 cups/750 mL - 1/4 cup/60 mL per serving.
