Fresh Strawberry Bread

Sprinkle 2 cups sliced berries with sugar - set aside.   Butter and flour 2  9-inch loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350.

Combine:
3 Cups and 2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 Tbsp. Watkins Cinnamon,
1 teas. Salt
1 teas. Baking Soda.

Blend 1 1/4 Cup Watkins Grapeseed Oil and 4 beaten Eggs with berries - add to flour mixture (with optional 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans). Blend just till dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into pans. Bake 45-50 minutes. Do toothpick test - cool 10 minutes on rack, remove from pans to cool completely.
