Fruit Kabobs with Tropical Cream Dressing

4 Oz. / 113 g Reduced-Calorie Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. / 30 ml Skim Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. / 25 ml Honey
1/4 teas. / 1.2 ml Watkins Orange Extract
1/4 teas. / 1.2 ml Watkins Lemon Extract
1/8 teas. / 0.6 ml Watkins Pineapple Extract
3 Cups / 750 ml Assorted Fresh or Canned Fruit

Beat all ingredients except fruit until smooth. Refrigerate until needed. Thread pieces of fruit onto bamboo skewers or small cocktail picks. If desired, stick kabobs in an upside-down orange or grapefruit half. Serve kabobs with dressing. Makes 6 servings.
