1 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1 Can (16 Oz.) Small Whole Potatoes, drained (or substitue fresh
cooked new red potatoes)
1/4 teas. Watkins Garlic Powder Granules
1/2 teas. Watkins Parsley
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add potatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder granules. Cook and stir for 15-18 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley. Yield: 2 servings
