Ginger Cilantro Turkey

1 1/2 lbs. / 681g Turkey Tenderloins
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Cilantro
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Ginger
3/4 teas. / 4 mL Watkins Orange Peel
1 teas. / 5 mL Freshly-Ground Watkins Sea Salt
1 teas. / 5 mL Sugar

Rinse turkey. Combine remaining ingredients and pat evenly onto tenderloins. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or longer. Place turkey on lightly oiled grill 4o to 6 inches/10 to 15 cm from heat source. Cook, turning as needed, until meat thermometer registers 180°F / 80°C. Slice and garnish with fresh orange slices. Makes 6 servings.
