Glazed Carrots

2 Lb. / 908 g Fresh Carrots; scrape and remove ends
2 Cups / 500 ml Water
1 1/2 teas. / 7.5 ml Watkins Seasoning Salt
2 Tbsp. / 30 ml Butter
1/3 Cup / 80 ml Brown Sugar

Cut carrots into strips or slices. Bring water and seasoning salt to a boil; add carrots and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. drain well. Add butter and brown sugar to large skillet; cook until bubbly. Add carrots; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until carrots are glazed and heated through, about 5 minutes. (Makes 8 servings)
